I am a photojournalist.

As a native of Utah I started out my career as a ski and snowboard photographer. Then I was a reporter and photographer at a local business weekly. Later I moved to Wisconsin for a couple years to work as a photo editor and photographer for a small daily on the Illinois border just north of Chicago.  But when the call of mountains and the western quality of life became too much to ignore I returned to Utah and began working for the The Salt Lake Tribune in 2004 where I have worked since documenting the stories and history of our community.
